Herefordshire Shared Lives is a Shared Lives scheme, which places people with a carer family in Hereford, run by Herefordshire Council. It supports people with sensory impairments, dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions and physical disabilities. It is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
