Shared Lives and Supported Living is a Shared Lives scheme, which places people with a carer family and a supported living service in Southport, run by Sefton New Directions Limited. It supports children and people with sensory impairments, dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions and physical disabilities. It is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
