Care at Home Reablement Service is a home care agency in Newcastle Upon Tyne, run by Newcastle-upon-Tyne City Council. It supports people with sensory impairments, dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, drug or alcohol problems, eating disorders and physical disabilities.
