South Tyneside Shared Lives Scheme is a Shared Lives scheme, which places people with a carer family in South Shields, run by South Tyneside MBC. It supports people with sensory impairments, dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions and physical disabilities. It is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
