Tameside Reablement Service is a Shared Lives scheme, which places people with a carer family in Ashton Under Lyne, run by Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council. It supports people with sensory impairments, dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions and physical disabilities. It is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
