Organization Pages
Once a year our content manager will update 3rd party organization content if necessary, based on a review of the 3rd party website, with our own content records. If we notice inconsistencies, we will update our data based on an organization's website. If we question whether the 3rd-party website is up-to-date we will contact the 3rd-party organization, by email or phone to obtain the updated information. If we can’t make contact, we will temporarily remove the information until updated information can be gathered.
People Pages
People pages aren’t regularly updated after they are added to the site as they provide only a static source of information. If you note an inconsistency or have an update, please contact us.
Event pages
Event listings are updated on a weekly basis. If we notice errors or inconsistencies, we will update our data based on the event page websites of the 3rd party organization.
Community Updates
The section pages mentioned above (Organization, People, Events) also contain forms that can be completed and submitted by the public to us to suggest new entries or recommend changes to existing entries. Please note that changes submitted will be verified with an organization or group before any changes are made on this website.
