About this Event
Community and Support Services provides education, linkage, and case management to residents, and other important supports so that you can learn to manage your symptoms, stay in the community and out of the hospital, and live as successfully and independently as possible. Community and Support Services provides and promotes services for people with intellectual/developmental disabilities and their families, within their communities, in order to strengthen their independence, self-esteem, and ability to participate in and contribute to community life.
