This program is an intensive and invaluable program for attorneys handling social security disability cases or wishing to expand into this field. Learn about when and whether to pursue an appeal from the Social Security Administration’s denial of a disability benefits application after administrative proceedings. The program will give an overview of the essential aspects of practice that lawyers should know when handling social security disability appeals in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
