ParaTranspo is the Ottawa public transportation system geared to clients with disabilities. Customers pay the same fares as those who use the "regular” service given by OCTranspo.
ParaTranspo trips must be booked 24 hours in advance. There is only one way to make a booking: by telephone. When you call, the phone rings and you are immediately put on hold. This means that you have to wait: 10, 20, 40 minutes or even hours before you can speak to a person to book your trip.
