Choose To Challenge Mental Health Stigma: Virtual Run Event
Sunday, March 7, 2021 at 3 PM - 4:30 PM EST

Celebrate International Women’s Day 2021 (Mar 8) with us! This year’s #IWD2021 theme is, “Choose to Challenge” and we want to challenge mental health stigma. Run or walk a 2k, 5k or 8k any time on March 6-7 and then join us on Sunday, March 7, 3pm EST for a special online discussion about mental health stigma with Suicide Prevention Activist Lynn Keane and Registered Psychotherapist Chantée Dardaine. Let’s connect, check in and learn from each other!
