We offer free counselling sessions via trainee counsellors to adults living in Essex who are experiencing suicidal thoughts. This can be offered face to face, over the phone or via Zoom. We also offer befriending calls and host peer led coffee groups across Essex. Registered charity number 1199647 (England and Wales).
