The K Woods Foundation is a Wirral based Charity providing support to individuals living with Dementia, and their carers. We provide a drop-in social support group, this is our ACES Group. The group provide free activity and cognitive engagement and support for both the individual with dementia, and their carers. Registered charity number 1167507 (England and Wales).
