Contact provides a safe space and drop-in centre for those affected by mental ill-health and their carers. We provide mentally stimulating activities to encourage participation and to reduce social isolation. We offer a Counselling / Therapy Service for those in need covering SE Northumberland. Registered charity number 1124547 (England and Wales).
