Club meets every Thursday morning in an accessible hall in Chichester and offers recreational activities of speakers, slide shows, outings and games such as scrabble, cards and dominoes and social support network. Also weekly participation in exercise sessions and access to therapeutic hand massage. Registered charity number 1088210 (England and Wales).
