Eastbourne and District Mencap is a registered charity in Eastbourne. We provide help and support for people with a learning disability, their families, dependants and carers to enable those with a learning disability to live as full a life as their disability will allow.We support beneficiaries in our three residential care homes, supported living bungalow.
