Please join us for our Bridging the Gap Brain Injury Support Group which meets on the 4th Monday of every month from 6:30- 8:00 pm. We meet at the Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana- Northwest Brain Injury Center, formally known as the NeuroRehabilitation Center.
