An exciting night of stories on the theme "belonging," told by members of the Champlain Community Services (CCS) "family." Clients, staff, volunteers, and family members affiliated with this Colchester-based nonprofit, which serves Vermonters with intellectual disabilities and autism, share their experiences of belonging.
Produced in partnership with the master storytellers of Say It Forward Productions, the style will be in the tradition of The Moth, and will feature live music from The Brevity Thing.
Thanks to a generous grant from Burlington City Arts (BCA), all proceeds from the event will directly support programsd at CCS.
** Cocktail hour at 6 p.m. We will offer light fare ( included in the ticket price ) and a cash bar in the Film House lobby prior to the storytelling. Performance starts at 7 p.m.
