Participants will be provided a framework to understand the experiences of people with disabilities in Central Oregon and the barriers they face. Participants will engage in the idea of access to social and health services that goes beyond ADA and build empathy and understanding. Participants will also explore how these dynamics impact how people with disabilities experience social and health services.
