Autistic Women's Alliance is a 501(c3) not for profit organization run by autistic women for autistic women. We encourage autistic women to think about, craft, embrace, and express their self-defined individuality within and beyond the workplace. We're a non cis-male space for individuals that identify as women, or marginalized genders. This includes cis women, trans women, and non-binary individuals.

Autistic Women's Alliance aids autistic women to thrive in current or new careers through different ways that include peer mentoring, education, and community outreach. Our members may or may not be employed full time, or formally diagnosed. We encourage women that self-identify as autistic, Neurodivergent, or neurodiverse to participate .

When you register, there's an option to donate to us or you can go to our GoFundMe page. We're raising money so we can can bring in trainers and other talented folks to help build the mentoring pipeline and to bring in great speakers this year!
