GROUP STRUCTURE

We ask that you mute yourself when it is not your turn to talk.

Group starts promptly at 6PM.

The first portion of the discussion group is a show and tell to give everyone the opportunity to learn about each other and to develop connections and friendships.

The second part of the group discussion pertains to pressing matters you or other members may be facing. This is your opportunity to get feedback and insights from other members, or for you to share good news and success stories.

The third part of the group focuses on the main topic discussion which varies on a wide range of subjects from how to make friends, dating, employment, setting boundaries and not getting taken advantage of, avoiding toxic people, among many other topics.

This group is scheduled to last 90 minutes but may end earlier or go longer depending on the number of attendees.
