Around 85% of Autistic people are either unemployed or underemployed. This is a shocking statistic when we consider that 1 in 65 people are autistic and that autism does not limit an individuals ability to work.
The traditional recruitment process itself can oftentimes exclude autistic people due to the language used on job applications, the sensory environment of the interview and many other barriers.
This workshop will help you design your recruitment process so that is more inclusive and will allow you access to a large untapped talent pool which has been proven to improve the financial performance, innovation and reputation of organisations who have adopted such inclusive practices.
This workshop will last 50mins with 10mins afterwards for questions, and will be run by our training officer James Moroney. It will be recorded and be provided to those that register for 48 hours afterwards.
