This last year and a half has been a year like no other in our lifetime as we have been living through a worldwide pandemic that has affected us profoundly. The unpredictability of meeting the needs of communities resulted in many changes for all care providers working with children. All of this increased a collective anxiety around the unknown of who, what, where, when and why?
In this session Dr. Factor will address:
• Recognizing signs of anxiety in children
• Helpful ways of responding to anxious children
• How to support families and colleagues
• How to move forward in the new today
• Resources for parents and staff supporting anxious children
Who is this training for?
This training is intended for front line Early Learning and Child Care Professionals in the City of Toronto.
