• Rab proteins as a LRRK2 substrate, allows impact measurement of:
  • LRRK2 function
  • Inhibitors on LRRK2
• This will move-forward the development of therapies to halt or slow Parkinson's disease (PD)
• PD is a chronic and progressive movement disorder
