Just like anyone else, individuals with disabilities encounter the criminal justice system as suspects, defendants, incarcerated persons, victims, and/or witnesses. During this session, learn the ADA rights of an individual with a disability when involved in the justice system. Additionally, access to social services, programs, and facilities will be covered.
