At the focus group, you will be asked to share thoughts on your experiences as a Carleton employee with a disability, your reflections on current policies, processes and practices, and your ideas on improvements that could be made to services and supports related to attracting, hiring, onboarding, developing, and retaining Carleton employees with disabilities.
