The project is focused on providing support to those having difficulty filling out important forms. Clinics will be held in both Ottawa and the surrounding communities of the Champlain region free of charge between October 2017 and August 2018. This project was made possible by the Ontario Trillium Foundation.

Ce projet a pour but de fournir un appui aux personnes qui ont de la difficulté à remplir certains formulaires importants. Ces cliniques auront lieu à Ottawa et dans les communautés environnantes de la région de Champlain à partir du mois d'octobre 2017 jusqu'au mois d'août 2018 et seront gratuites pour les participants. Ce projet a été rendu possible grâce à la Fondation Trillium de l'Ontario.
