Early Childhood Webinar Series: ECO Data Collection

The Idaho State Department of Education, Special Education Department is conducting an Early Childhood Webinar Series addressing various topics that impact students 3-5 years of age that receive special education services in a local school district. This webinar will review the new Early Childhood Outcome Data Collection (ECO) Process. The ECO entrance and exit data will be captured our new SPED Data Application. Upon completion of this webinar you will be able to:

• Understand the process of submitting ECO entrance and exit data for students who receive special education services from age 3 until they are kindergarten age eligible;
• Understand the timelines for entering ECO entrance and exit data; and
• Know where to find resources to support reporting ECO entrance and exit data.
