Resource Fair at the 2019 QCDD Family Support Conference

Calling all agencies, organizations and vendors who provide goods and services for people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities! This is a great opportunity to promote your services to people who need them.

Representatives from not-for-profit, private, OPWDD and government vendors and service providers may purchase a table at the fair in order to discuss and answer questions about their specific goods and services with self-advocates, caregivers, and service providers for people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities who attend the Family Support Fair. Each provider will be given a table and two chairs. Most tables will be positioned alphabetically by provider name and listed on our provider guide. You may bring your own table cloths, banners, posters, brochures and paraphernalia.

You are welcome to arrive at 9am to enjoy the welcome presentation, but set up begins at 10:30AM and the Resource Fair runs from 11 - 2:30PM. Please plan to stay for the entire time so that everyone may benefit from the information you have to share. Materials may not be dropped off prior to this event; please bring your materials on the day of.

Be sure to print your registration ticket to present at the Resource Fair registration on the day of the event.

Fees:

$150 - Non-profit QCDD members (agencies whose annual dues are paid in full);

$200 - Non-profit vendors who are not QCDD members;

$250 - For-profit vendors

Please send a check made out to the Queens Council on Developmental Disabilities at least one week prior to the Resource Fair to:
