The 35th Annual QCDD Family Support Conference
Sponsored by the Queens Council on Developmental Disabilities (QCDD), New York State OPWDD, Bernard Fineson Region 4 DDRO, and the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.
Registration Information:
Everyone must register for general entry into the conference (use GREEN registration button on top right of screen). Workshop entrance at the conference will be on a first come, first served basis.
Self-Advocates, parents, family members and caregivers register and attend the conference free of charge.
State/Voluntary Agency and Department of Education professionals must send a $35 registration fee per person made payable to Queens Council on Developmental Disabilities. Send payment and a list of registrants that the payment is covering to:

Resource Fair - Representatives from OPWDD Agencies, Private and non-Profit Vendors and other service providers can answer questions regarding access to their specific goods and services. Includes Get Smart! Get Connected! for which representatives can answer your questions about the Front Door, the OPWDD enrollment process, services and entitlements.
Certificates of Attendance available on request.
Limited Translation will be available in Spanish and Mandarin Chinese.
