Positive Psychology - The Power Within for Persons with Disabilities
Thursday, August 29, 2019 at 1 PM - 3 PM EDT

Enhance your level of happiness by recognizing the power you hold within. Come learn and share coping mechanisms for a more joyful life.

About this Event

The premise behind positive psychology is about taking people who are living normal lives and helping them to enhance their level of happiness.

Join us as we embark on a journey together, teaching and sharing coping mechanisms, recognizing the power each of our lives and practicing an attitude of gratitude.

These will be small, intimate group sessions designed specifically for Persons with Disabilities, through JobStart's Peer Employment Mentoring program.

The Peer Employment Mentoring program offers group and one-on-one mentoring support to job seekers with disabilities to help them reach their short and long term career goals.
