A Comfort Career Conversation is a group interactive process where community members:

• Determine if they are Qualified Individuals with Invisible Disabilities (Q-iwids™).
• Envision a Comfortable Workplace where Q-iwids can be authentic, respected, enjoy their jobs, and attain financial independence.
• Share innovative ideas and best practices to increase disability employment.
• Learn to create their Comfort Careers™.
• Determine how companies can become employers of choice for Q-iwids, address today's skills shortage problem, and improve employee engagement.

Who Should Attend?

• Career Seekers who are Qualified Individuals with Invisible Disabilities (Q-iwids) or think they may be
• Family members and friends of Q-iwids
• Disability employment service professionals
• Educators
• Behavioral health professionals
• Government officials
• Employers
