A Hazard is A Hazard – Workplace Psychological Health and Safety
Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM CDT

Workplace health and safety includes identifying and addressing hazards that can cause mental injury. Learn more about the CSA National Standard for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace, raise your awareness of workplace mental health concerns, identify common psychological hazards and learn how to roll psychological considerations into your health and safety program.

This full day workshop is considered an intermediate level intended for workplace stakeholders who have knowledge and experience with occupational health and safety and workplace health and safety programs.

With the aim of building awareness about psychological health and safety in Manitoba workplaces, the Canadian Mental Health Association, Manitoba and Winnipeg (CMHA) and the MFL Occupational Health Centre (OHC) have partnered with SAFE Work Manitoba (SWMB) to develop and deliver this workshop through several of Manitoba's Industry-Based Safety Programs (IBSPs).

This workshop is also delivered at Construction Safety Association of Manitoba, MHCA WORKSAFELY, RPM Trucking Industry Safety, Made SAFE and S2 Safety. Please visit https://www.safemanitoba.com/Education/Pages/A-Hazard-Is-A-Hazard.aspx for more information about dates and locations.
