Join the Dubois County Substance Abuse Council for our second annual candlelight vigil to honor loved ones who have experienced the perils of addiction. Attendees are welcome to bring photographs of their loved ones. We will have guest speakers, live music, and a balloon release event that allows attendees to send messages to their loved ones. This event will be held be rain or shine. We hope you will join us!
